The photon related nano particle sizer winner802 is the product of the national science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise technology innovation fund project (project code: 10c26213704395). It is also the first batch of nano particle sizers in China that adopt the principle of dynamic light scattering. The instrument adopts the principle of dynamic light scattering and photon correlation spectroscopy. Due to the Brownian motion of particles in the suspension, the light intensity fluctuates with time. The micro nano digital correlator technology is used to process the pulse signal to obtain the diffusion information of particle motion. The particle size and its distribution are calculated by using Stokes Einstein equation.
The photon related nano particle sizer winner803 is an upgraded version of winner802. It is equipped with a dual wavelength laser. It can effectively detect some samples that have light absorption properties and cannot be detected by traditional single wavelength lasers. The winner803 nano laser particle sizer focuses on the particle size distribution detection of colored particles, such as pigments and dyes.
